We have been using the Virtual Sign In system for a few years. Recently we received a summons for signatures for each visit regarding a particular patient. The signatures would not print so we contacted customer support. Their response and instruction was impressive. The staff is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I can't imagine using a paper sign in after having the Virtual Sign In. At our office we feel the system is a professional and efficient way for us to track and record patient visits in an accurate and audit proof manner. Being able to store thousands of signatures on one CD and then retrieving them to print out in seconds is such a time saving alternative to digging through tons of paper.
